Our Mission

We value gentle breathing, mindful movement, and the healing power of sound.
Our classes help you reconnect with your body and mind, offering deep relaxation and inner balance.

My regular yoga classes are in Japanese, but everyone is welcome to join.

Please bring: a yoga mat or a large towel, and water.

 

Class Fees

  • Drop-in: ¥3,300 per class

  • 9-Class Pass (valid for 3 months): ¥2,500 × 9

  • Yoga mat rental: ¥300

 

*You're welcome to join Nada Yoga even if you don't feel like singing.

Gentle Yoga

Slow, mindful movements with the breath.
Great for beginners or those who prefer a gentle pace.

Yin Yoga

Hold each pose quietly to relax deeply and release tension.
Perfect for calming the mind and body.

Wellness Exercises

 

Easy exercises to support strength, flexibility, and balance.
Ideal for those returning to movement.

Nada Yoga

 

A gentle class with sound-based practices like Nada Yoga, Kirtan, and quiet sound meditation.
By connecting with your voice and sound, your mind and body naturally come into balance.
Based on traditional Indian and Japanese mantras, guided by the teacher’s themes.

Yoga Nidra

A guided meditation done lying down, offering deep relaxation for the body and mind.
Simply listen to the voice and allow yourself to unwind.
